Lia began formal training for the healing arts in 2018 in western Montana, but was working with her hands to heal long before that preparing food, farming, and doing conservation work. She offers an array of services including therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, dynamic cupping and working with essential oils all in order to cater to the uniqueness of each client. Her approach involves slow presence to encourage the client to deepen their embodied experience and own inner wisdom to heal.
