Through my work as a licensed massage therapist, I have been fortunate to have found my passion: I truly love doing focus work and helping my clients find relief from their pain.  Upon graduating from Spa Tech Institute in 2008, I've worked in spa's around Maine and had the privilege of working with Workers Compensation patients.

 

    While in school, I was trained in deep tissue, swedish, sports/stretching, ROM, neuromuscular and pregnancy. I have also been educated in hot stone massages. Your sessions are catered to you and your needs/ goals for muscle relief.
