Prenatal Massage: A special way of supporting women through every stage of their pregnancy with massage techniques specifically designed to enhance the mother's comfort a nd well-being, and at the same time, being mindful of any possible contraindications. Offered by: Beth KoehlerJonathan Drummey

Deep Tissue Massage aka Therapeutic Massage: Used to relieve chronic tension patterns throughout the body. Like Swedish, it also uses long strokes, but combines them with a deeper pressure on areas that are contracted. Reflexology: Reflexology encourages balance and healing in the body by applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands and ears, which relate to all parts of the body.  The pressure stimulates the body's own natural healing process, releases energy, and relieves stress. Hypnotherapy: Individual sessions for a wide range of empowering and therapeutic treatment and self-hypnosis CDs on Weight Control/Personal Power and Smoking Cessation. Offered by: Barbara Foss

Polarity Therapy: The human body is an energy system like a battery or magnet. It has positive, negative and neutral poles and currents of energy that flow through them. Polarity Therapy is the art and science of stimulating and balancing the flow of this energy within the human being. Offered by: Beth Koehler

CranioSacral Therapy: Involves manually applying a subtle movement of the spinal and cranial bones in an attempt to bring the central nervous system into harmony. This therapy involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF), which can be restricted by trauma to the body, such as through falls, accidents, and general nervous tension. Somatic Experiencing: A body-oriented approach to working with symptoms of stress and post-traumatic stress (PTSD) that uses the body and mind's own innate healing ability. Offered by: Jonathan Drummey

RYSE Classes (Realizing Your Sublime Energy): Is a series of classes that teach about the body's energy system: chakras, auras, cellular memories, energetic cords, etc. Students learn how their own systems may be in disrepair and how that affects their daily lives. Offered by: Beth Koehler

Herbal Medicine (Phytotherapy): Throughout history, people have used plants and plant-based medicines to heal, nourish, and correct imbalances naturally. Herbalists in the United States provide information about the historical and traditional use of herbs and the scientific evidence of their effectiveness and safety.  Herbal remedies along with sound nutrition and balanced lifestyle are powerful tools for maintaining and regaining health and well being.  Offered by: April O’Keefe

Massage Therapy for Oncology Support / Cancer Massage: Specialized massage therapy for people living with cancer, or with cancer history, that supports the person through any or all phases of their journey.  The five most commonly reported areas of relief by people who receive this massage are nausea, anxiety, pain, depression and sleep.  Specialized assessment and massage modifications are provided with knowledge and understanding of the effects and side effects of cancer, cancer treatment, and surgery.  When appropriate, professional interaction with other active caregivers helps ensure comfortable and safe massage sessions.  Family members and friends are encouraged to receive massage to rejuvenate themselves as they help support their loved ones.  Everyone living with cancer needs care.
