Swedish Massage:A gentle and relaxing session with long flowing strokes designed for those clients wishing to leave their stress and tension behind. Hot Stone Massage: Involves the use of water heated basalt lava stones, either placing them at certain key points on the body, or the gentle massage of the body by one or two stones held in the hands of the therapist. This technique creates a sensation of comfort and warmth while the heat of the stones relaxes muscles allowing the therapist to work with more intensity than would be comfortable without the stones. Prenatal Massage: A special way of supporting women through every stage of their pregnancy with massage techniques specifically designed to enhance the mother's comfort a

Deep Tissue Massage aka Therapeutic Massage: Used to relieve chronic tension patterns throughout the body. Like Swedish, it also uses long strokes, but combines them with a deeper pressure on areas that are contracted. This technique may include the use of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy. CranioSacral Therapy: Involves manually applying a subtle movement of the spinal and cranial bones in an attempt to bring the central nervous system into harmony. Massage Therapy for Oncology Support / Cancer Massage: Specialized massage therapy for people living with cancer, or with cancer history, that supports the person through any or all phases of their journey. Specialized assessment and massage modifications are provided with knowledge and understanding of the effects and side effects of cancer, cancer treatment, and surgery.
